Turbo Training with Ben Instone

Big thanks to Ben Instone for leading the first of his three turbo training sessions for our Redhill “road” riders.

Start from the Angel at 9.00 and ride with Billy for three hours or so to join the Club Luncheon at the aerodrome. Not a fast or long ride but a steady ride designed to work up an appetite and ideal for members who wish to ride to the lunch venue.
