What is a TrailTrax?
It's a cycle orienteering event using mountain bikes for pairs or single riders visiting offroad checkpoints over a set period of time. Entrants receive an Ordnance Survey 1:50,000 laminated colour map extract (supplied by TrackLogs mapping software) on which to mark the checkpoints and a checkcard for punching which gives the checkpoint values.

Quiet roads and good scenery guaranteed and expect to cover between 30 and 40 miles at a comfortable pace. A sociable ride with all riders being taken care of. Expect to be back by 13.00.
Obligatory tea stop at about half way.
