be a useful asset for the club?
Join me 9.00 at the Angel for a 60 mile ride for tea and cake at Wiston and back by 15.00. Steady pace and good company. Just what a club run should be.
Join Mark at 9.00 for a 30 to 40 mile morning ride from the Angel. Comfortable pace in social group with a tea stop at about halfway.

The beautiful autumn weather gave a perfect setting for the intermediate ride. Despite it being rather fresh in temperature, 8 riders braved the first real cold morning of the year to follow our illustrious Chairman through the quite Surrey lanes to Cranleigh.
On the way out Graham ensured the group paced the ride to about 14 mph. However, Russell punctured and the delay caused Nick & I to be seriously late for our weekly intake of cakes! The pace had to be increased and after covering 27 miles we arrived in plenty of time for copious amount of cake and hot chocolate!
