I've been in touch with the lovely Rosie at the Castle Triathlon Series about all RCC participants on Saturday for the sprint going in the same wave. Here's her reply. My view is that with the chilly mornings around 9.30am might be best to let it warm a little... happy to be corrected though! Can I suggest everyone puts their preference in comments and I'll go with the consensus. Thanks

No worries at all. Yes no problem, we can get you all in the same wave. The wave times are below;

If anyone is up for open water swimming on Sunday we will be there at 10.30, it is going to be raining so a good alternative to cycling.

if anyone who did the induction would like a swim buddy to swim with then let us know and we can pair you up with a seasoned swimmer

put your name down here if you intend to come and we will keep an eye out for you before we dive in.
