Club kit - Howard Dyson will make his report on his progress with kit suppliers.
Howard reported he had contacted up to 7 companies to provide clothing,Endura and Altura being the favourites. Howard has made an application to Endura to become an approved supplier which may lead to reduced prices. KA suggested contactng a company called Practima for a further quote. The Sat Map platform is ready to go into operation. The proposal to mke a 3.5% charge to Sat Map was rejected with the alternative of £5-00 per item being suggested. The xisting stock should be sold off preferably at half price to clear the decks for the new kit.

Skills Development Sessions at Dunsfold Park
Trial took place on 5th February
Very good feedback from all participants
Programme has been fine tuned for the next sessions
Session for 26th March is being canvassed because it is Mother’s Day.
Session for 8th April has been cancelled due to Paul Butler’s prior commitments

Joint invitations to Saturday/Sunday rides
To fix a date No date fixed although a Sunday in May or June has been suggested.Some concern was expressed as to how numbers will be dealt with
Away weekend
The event has been fixed for 14th/15th July and is posted on the RCC website.
A booking has been made at the Star Bunk House.
Numbers need to be confirmed by the end of May.
Away Day
10th June has been added to the website diary for a trip to East Sussex.

Renewal of Annual Subscriptions
All going well ( the latest info is about 45 have not renewed)
Club Trophies and the Awards Evening
The trophies have been gathered and checked and some may be used for other awards than intended , they have been photographed and a gallery set up. They are currently held at Stafford Studios, 129a Stafford Road, Wallington.SM6 9BN. The use of Strava is being considered to run some of the competitions.
Festival of sport April 30th
The committee agreed to go ahead with this as usual, Heidi and Bryan have volunteered to attend and action will be needed soon to organise.
Treasurer’s Report
Latest figure is around £19,00.
The committee has agreed expenditure of £900 for three off road training sessions in addition to the skills training courses.

Press and Publicity Report
There is a low turnout for for the September trip to France so may have to cancel. A request to set up a facebook group will be carried out by Peter.
Road Events Secretary’s
Majorca all set and fully booked, concerns over lack of leaders have been expressed and a mention in the update will be made.
MTB Events Secretary’s Report
17 people took part in the recent trip to Wales, with two more trips planned.
Road Race Secretary’s Report
The road race in May is organised, this will need upwards of eighteen marshals so it is hoped we do not have to cancel as we did last year. Ryan Visser has offered help with finding/training advanced riders within the club with possible sponsorship available to youngsters.
TT Race Secretary’s Report
Accounts from Feb open TT
The recent sporting 17 went well with a new club record being set. Jonny will need a new results board and would like a stocktake of numbers, signage and display material soon.

The Horne course will be used throughout the competition this year.
