Plans have been flagged in the Surrey Mirror today to build 4,500 homes, roads and other infrastructure on the site of Redhill Aerodrome. Needless to say, this would cause all sorts of local issues (congestion, pollution, pressure on services etc) and add significant extra traffic onto the whole area around the Drome which constitutes many of the lanes and road we cycle on to go East. If you would like the Aerdrome protected and perhaps believe that there are better ways to address housing issues (ie finding ways to free up the huge amount of empty housing in local areas) then please sign the petition...
