3. Raiders Club ride wording.
The rules for the Raiders have been circulated with some minor alterations to be made, the
lower limit of sixteen was reduced to fifteen.
There is a possibility the Raiders will be asking for a sub from members next year, in the case of Rcc family members whose children take part in Raiders activities a portion of rcc membership fee will be paid to the Raiders

An alteration to rule 8C will be tabled, final detail to be decided.

The club is to purchase WWW.redhill.cc

6.Gensec's report.
Asks about clothing payments as the club should be receiving payments from club members which is not happening, Adrian will chat to Damien to clarify.
Was pleased to report Jim McKellar was awarded the R & B Senior Citizens Sports Award.

7.Treasurer's report.
Funds C£15,000

8.Press and publicity report
Mike has booked Tanhouse for the 11th December mince pie run starting from the R & R GC
Stories about Jim's award, and the Denbies sent to local press.
Bethany Brookes will be representing GB in Turkey next year in the road race event, the committee decided to grant £250 towards expenses.

9.Road Event Secretary’s report
Redhill CC were able to supply  nore than enough marshals for the Denbies event. sixty two competitors took part on an extremly succesful day.
One slight problem was the lack of communication top to bottom, because of the landscape radios were rendered useless. We think next year a motor cycle up and down the course may be preferable.
On Majorca of seventy five places sixty one have expressed interest.

10.MTB  Secretary’s Report
Not much to report however ride leaders are coming forward.

11.Mtb Events report
Nothing planned at the moment.

12.Racing secretary’s report
There is a question over whether the club will be able to lay on road races next year, the problem being the lack of support from members in marshaling and helping out in general.
This has long been an issue with the same people turning out to give their help and time.
The committee has considered making a condition of membership that all members will be expected to help when asked but this would be difficult to enforce, maybe this should be debated at the AGM
The other question to ask is, is the Rcc a racing or social club or both, And should we find ways to develop racers n other way.We believe that C&N may be offsetting their clothing bill against receipts

13.Time Trial Secretary’s reportand the 2017 Sporting TT in February will go ahead.
The club will continue to promote TTs

14.AOB

AGM
Is booked for 14th Nvember at the R & R GC

Will be convened after the AGM
