We have come to the end of the Monday RCC wattbike sessions and I think the participants have really enjoyed it. Not to mention become much fitter..
I have asked them if they would like to carry on for another 8 weeks. I think about 10 are going to continue but I wondered if you could send a message around to ask the rest of your club for me please. I don't want you to have the hassle of setting it up as I know it's a pain but if you could just send an email stating that the new Monday class starts next week 23rd feb 8:15-9:45 for 8 weeks and any interest please email me at support@bodiesindesign.com or ring 07940 530433. The places are limited...
Also, the Wednesday class 7:30-9:00 will start again 11th March and will also have some spaces on it.
