During Mallorca, we opted for 7 G group rides... With the main effect being in the G4 - G6 range. I know that a few people have suggested that we keep this structure during the summer months and one that we actually expand to 8 x G groups to allow smoother transitions up the chain...
Currently we have only a small number of G ride 'owners' - Rick and Sharon for G2, me for G3, John Mc for G4 etc. To expand the G's we would need more ride co-ordinators (they don't have to lead each week, just identify a leader).
Any thoughts -pros or cons?
