Just wanted to share with my fellow Redhill CC that I finally bagged a gold standard sportive time on Sunday at the cycling weekly Surrey cyclone sportive managing it with 20 minutes to spare. My first sportive of the year. Didn't advertise to anyone here because I had just had over 2 weeks off the bike previously due to a man-flu virus type ting so I had no idea if I'd even manage 20 miles, let alone 85......
