I've a steel framed fixed which I use for TTs. I notice after a wet ride water runs out of the two holes that are drilled in the chain stays if I lie the bike on its side. I'm assuming that quite a lot of water is getting into the frame. Is it a good idea to drill the underside of the frame at the bottom bracket to allow water to drain out ?
