Drupal Site Testing

When I'm testing this stuff I have 3 browsers open: IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

Point each at new.redhillcc.co.uk. Have each one running as a different type of user:

1) On one log in as Alex (password test123) who has the 'contributor' role, i.e. he can create moderated content (events, photos, reports).

2) On another log in as adewebb (password test123) who has the 'moderator' role (but not the contributor role).

3) Don't log in, so you are running as an anonymous user.

As Alex, try creating a calendar event, adding a photo, adding a report. (You can view Alex's recent content via 'Content Dashboard' on the home page.) Once you put content 'In Review', Alex should no longer be able to edit it.

At this point the anonymous user shouldn't be able to see either the event (in the calendar) or the report on the home page.

As adewebb, go to Content Dashboard. You should see the content Alex has put In Review. As moderator you should be able to change the workflow status to 'Live', at which point it will become visible.
