Hi everyone,
Just a quick note to say, don't forget that we have use of the gym facilities at Alexander & Albert School every Friday night !
Steve Young will be there once a month to help and guide, but get down there and use the excellent facilities that we have available free to all members.
After all that exercise, you can then have a quick drink in their very cheap bar as well !
We are really lucky to have this facility so lets make use of it !
