During the summer months RCC run a TT on Wednesday evenings. After a wet start and the cancellation of the first TT, the season got started on 18 May and ran for 16 weeks.
We were blessed with generally good weather on Wednesday evenings and 186 rides were registered over the season, 99 of them by Redhill CC and Redhill Raiders. This year it was an ex-Raiders rider who broke the course record: Joshua Golliker who also finished second place in the British Cycling Junior National Road Series and is now signed a two-year neo-pro contract with the Groupama-FDJ U23 continental team, a feeder for the Grand Tour.
We’ll done to Findley Andrews who was the fastest juvenile and Peter Oakley who took the Handicap prize.
