I’m writing to find out if any of your club members might be interested in
riding the London-Surrey 100 this year on behalf of the Musangu Foundation.

I am the Charity Secretary and we have 7 places available.  Musangu focus on
providing livelihood creation and education to communities in sub-Saharan
Africa.  We are a very small charity run by just a few individuals and all
funds raised go directly into projects in rural Africa so this is a great
opportunity to make a real difference.

A closed road 100-mile sportive is being inaugurated on Sept 23 in Sussex by Velo South.

Only (!) 15000 entries and you need to pre-register to get an entry.

I've done this sportive a couple of times - it's a nice early season ride, really well organised and worth the effort of getting to Suffolk. Here's the discount info.

individuals with both hearing and sight loss throughout the county, to live
full and successful lives.

Early season sportive with a hill-top finish. Could possibly be amalgamated into a Saturday ride.
