CTC South West London
Hilly 50 km
Hi all was sent this today I did this sportive last year and must say it is well organised and great challenging ride.
I will be doing this ride next year again and will be staying in Torquay which is just down the road from the start.
Hope to see some Redhill shirts there .
As a past participant of the Dartmoor Classic Sportive we thought you would love to know the next edition is taking place on Sunday 2nd July 2017.
Individual ballot entries are up: https://www.ridelondon.co.uk/
Seems Prudential aren't sponsoring this year, does anyone know who is?
I assume the team entries comes much later, like last year?

Folks
So we can plan the logistics of potentially working together and meeting up on the 2nd August, please could everyone who is doing the London 100 enter their start details on the following online spreadsheet.
Thanks, Adrian
This is a nice early season sportive, 74 miles, good route, not too hilly. Limited to 300 riders so quite a relaxed event. £15 entry. in aid of Kent Air Ambulance.
Groups from RCC have done it in previous years.

Since our own RCC/YMCA Redhill Rollercoaster Sportive will not be run in 2015, it does seem to be worthwhile looking if there are any local Sportives that it would be nice to have an RCC "presence" at.
While ones like the Reigate Rouleur and other commercially run Sportives are OK, IMO it would be nice to try and support Sportives run for/by charities (local if possible).
If you're happy to share your wave/start times here, it will help folk work out who they may be able to work with in an RCC shirt on the day.
I'm a 7.10am start
Start area: Blue
Wave: E
Afterwards, if you want to meet up gather on the grass close to Marble Arch past the bag collection area. Some of you may be there too long and want to load your bikes straight to the van which will be parked in Frazier Street, London SE1 7BD, south east of Baylis Road and Waterloo station.
The ride is 10th August 2014. You can only take part if you have a place allocated.
A number of people are going up to London the night before and staying over close to the Olympic park for the event. Last year, we booked tables at La Forchetta - a very good, reasonably priced Italian in Bethnal Green. It is 2 minutes from Bethnal Green Travelodge and perfect to get that last pasta load in before the ride on 10th August!
Anyone interested, please let me know.
