If you put your email address into any kind of post (news article, calendar entry, news comment) you are asking to be spammed.

Rather than doing this you should say something like: 'see the contacts page for my email address', or, 'email me via the forum'.

Sorry, I am now unable to make the committee meeting tonight.

Your a bloody marvel

A personal preference, maybe, but for pictures that accompany news articles, I don't think it's necessary to have everyone in a line, smiling for the camera.

Shots of people actually on bikes are probably best, but difficult to get - failing that, how about, at the tea stop for example, just taking a picture of the group unawares?

Please use only landscape format - 4:3 ratio, or close - for pictures associated with headlines.

Otherwise it screws up the format of the site.

If necessary crop the picture using e.g. Paint.

Long-term goal (i.e. over the next few months):

Re-develop entire website in ASP.NET 2.0 using Visual Studio 2005. Compared with 'classic' ASP (with which the current website is written) ASP.NET / VS2005 is a far, far superior platform and development environment.

Our current hosting package does not support ASP.NET, so I am hosting the site, until it is complete, on my own webserver:
