Around 20 riders set off for Four Elms in a G4/5 group aiming for 70K.
At Edenbridge we decided we were probably too large a group for Chartwell Barns so Howard took charge of a breakaway which eventually ended up in Chiddingstone.
The rest of us bowed to pressure from the 2 Richards who insisted we take on Toys Hill. After a breather at the top this meant we got to try out a new café option in the Westerham Cyclery. Well worth a visit with bike racks in the garage and lots of seating inside and out. Nice attention to detail too which we managed to get a picture of just before it was consumed.
On the way back some went directly to the Dog & Duck for the 70th anniversary Hog Roast whilst others utilised the time in hand and went home to shower first.
