A terrific turnout on Saturday Morning and four rides left the park. My Fast Intermediate group headed off for the Edenbridge loop. Early on, Super Sean McAuliffe and a bare legged Brad Hough were very happy to take the wind at the front and I wasn't going to stop them.
Also onboard was new member Ian Richards who had no problems with the pace. Chris Stone was again impressive, determined to maximise his training...on a mountain bike! For Damon Crawshaw and Richard Tallent this ride was a breeze and the only stop we had was for Graham Tucker, suffering a puncture.
35 miles at exactly 17mph on my computer, back by 11.30. Same again tomorrow...but a little longer.
