After Steve Young's rousing speech from Henry V at last night’s social gathering, six courageous riders turned out at the Angel in spite of the weather for the intermediate ride. Welcome to the two new guys, Aggi and John who came for a try out. Hope to see you on board with the club. The usual 43 mile route was undertaken via Rusper, Faygate, Colgate, Slaugham, Tea stop at Tully’s and home via Copthorne. Brian led the ride in lieu of Russell’s injury. (Get well soon). Aggi and James lead from the front and eventually disappeared using the map route supplied. The rest of us undertook the route at medium speed but in a very workman like manner. Home by just after 12 o’clock.
