Yet again Jon Masters proved to be top of the club TT pile with another PB of 22-18 for the Horsham course.
On a generally still night, most people saw a small improvement in times - before it became very dark and the heavens opened on the later riders.
Of particular note on the night were Steve Young - who was on for an even better time before missing the finish, Russell Hicks - armed with a new high tech TT bike and slashing 59 seconds off his PB, Steve Grundy - who improved by 41 seconds and newcomers Chris Willis Steve Bridewell - the later performing admirably on a Mtb.
