If you would like to spectate at the Denbies Duels hill climb ( and why wouldn't you?), and if cycling to Denbies is not a realistic option for you, and/or if walking/cycling up the hill amidst a bunch of pesky cyclists storming (steaming?) up the hill, an alternative is to park on Ranmore Common Road and walk down to the finish.
RH5 6SP should get you there with your satnav. Park on the straight bit of the road between the last corner going up from Westhumble and St Barnabas Church (not on the Denbies Estate private road) and follow signs for the North Downs Way into the estate. You'll bump into the finish in about 5 minutes.
