On Sunday 3rd November, RCC and Dorking CC working together will stage a new type of hill climb event at Denbies in Dorking. On a private path, pairs will compete against each other to reach the top of a climb similar to Box Hill in gradient but a little harder. The winner, goes through. Simple.
There will be a limit on the number of entries so get your entry in quickly to be in for cash prizes on the day. £250 for the eventual winner and other prizes of £100 and £50 for 'best efforts', junior winner, Vets winner etc.
And if you're not riding on the day, please come along to support and cheer the riders on. There are prizes not just for the winners in various categories but also for the 'best contest' which anyone could win if they put their heart into it!
