Gently does it now. If you don't fancy Mat's extended 40 mile ride, then how about 19 miles with me?

Will be a familiar RCC route with more than our fair share of climbs but taken at a leisurely pace (as your ride leader is recovering from injury....).

Bet we can scoff down all the cakes at Bocketts before the extended group arrive!
