A good turnout for the Sunday Club ride and Mike Conway led us West to Sumners Ponds via a novel route under Warnham railway station. We had an early tea stop as some had to make it back for lunch then the rest of us headed further west and then back home via Ellen's Green where pace setter Charlie punctured. We then upped the pace home via Rudgewick, Ev and Stuart had a spring in their step, my computer recorded 52 miles at 17.1mph.
