Sunday's club ride was a wet one, so I didn't dare get my camera out. Six hardy riders paddled their way through the lanes and eventually opted for tea and an eggy breakfast in the Lingfield garden centre. But fortune favours the brave: the afternoon turned out sunny for our marshaling duties at the exciting Surrey League Road Race, 60 gruelling miles for top riders and a fantastic finish.
