Not many club rides go due West and this ride to be led by Jim allows you to explore this part of Surrey. A few climbs but some interesting ways and byways. Even though its not far as the crow flies expect Jim to cover about 65-70 miles on this one. Start from the Angel at 9.00

Course record for Brueton !

In another good evening of time trialing action, Marcus Brueton (Norwood Paragon) won and scorched round in what is believed to be a new record for the Horne Course (20-35). Second place went to young Henry James (In-gear) in an excellent 21-10, just ahead of Jon Masters (Redhill CC) 21-20 and his dad Paul James (Norwood Paragon) 21-22.

It was particularly pleasing to see so many new riders at what is the last club TT of the year, with 28 starting under reasonable weather conditions.

Delahunty delivers !

In a repeat of his Les Ingman Memorial RR win earlier this season on the same course, Paul Delahunty - London Dynamo came away with the spoils on Sunday.

The race was held on the large Bletchingley circuit including the climbs of Spook Hill and Bletchingley and only 20 riders finshed from 43 starters.

The weather was good for the race after earlier rain in the morning, although the descent from Bletchingley remained tricky early on.
