Lots of cheese at Rudgwick

The usual large crowd at the Drome; the most popular ride seemed to be G4. Frank and I split G2. Frank took a group to Four Elms while I led a slightly faster ride to Rudgwick. Suprisingly, Adrian only had 4 takers for the G3 so we decided to combine. By the time we reached East Surrey Hospital, the numbers had mysteriously swollen to 14, so we split, sorting ourselves into a faster (Adrian) and slower group (me).

At the Milk Churn Cafe situated in the old brickworks, the cheese toasties made with their own Sussex Charmer Cheese proved popular.

On the way home, I opted for the ride up Weare Sreet while Adrian took his group by a different route.

Sun, an excellent tea stop, good company - what can a cyclsit want?
