Camellia Craweyling with cyclists

From the number of riders at the Drome (80+?), it had to be a sunny summer Saturday.  I split the G2 ride with Rick and headed to Camellia Botnar.

Our group included two new riders, Irene and Kirk. Hope see them both at the Drome again soon. Nothing to report en route except for a large crowd of G4s spread across the road near Copsale (puncture stop).

At the tea stop, we were greeted by the unwelcome sight of a large number of Crawley Wheeler's cycles parked outside. Good news: they had taken over the garden seating; we were able to find a table inside. Bad news: the rush of cyclists slowed the service down to a crawl. Good news: pleanty of time for a long social chat.

Even less to report on the somewhat tortuous route home.

Pleasant 50 miles in the sun, good company, a typical morning out with the RCC.
