Outing to the Grey Dove

Surprisingly few takers for the G2 ride this week. Eight of us left the Drome in a well balanced group; no problem keeping together and maintaining a steady pace.

Our destination was the Grey Dove Cafe in Walton-on-the-Hill which we reached via Charlwood, Rusper, Newdigate, Michleham and Headley. After tea and coffee plus bacon sarnies for some, we bombed down Pebblecombe Hill and back via Betchworth to completet a 40 mile ride.

Nothing untoward (or toward for that matter) occurred, just a pleasant ride in the sun in good company.
