Yes, the Sufferfest's shorter video but it really didn't feel it after 15 sets of one minute at 10/10 following by one minute recovery.
Many of the usual suspects were there... Brian and Brian plus Cynthia. Unfortunately Brian H dropped a chain during one of the sets and it got jammed between small chainring and seat stay. When he roughly pulled his bike from the Turbo we all thought he was about to 'do a Wiggins' and throw it out the window.
Relief when he took it outside for some light and returned to restart. Also, no surprise that during the welcome wind down after we'd all nearly revisited our suppers doing the 16th of 15 sets that Brian put into two minutes of super effort to compensate for being out of the room.
We can still (just) squeeze a few more in next week... and with the forecast set as it is, you really need to come along if Puig Major is on your agenda!
