Tea, sun and good conversation

The headline sums up the pleasures of a social ride with the club.

Numbers at the Drome were rather depleted (musrky weather, Christmas duties or both?)so, leaving just six of us for the standard G2 ride. The roads looked fairly greasy so we rode cautiously at a steady pace via Hever out to Four Elms for the tea stop. We arrived in the sunshine well ahead of 20+ riders from Dulwich Paragon who filled the cafe as we were leaving.

We returned via Marlpit Hill, Haxted and Lingfield.
