It could have been the Olympics, or the Tour glories, or just a wonderful evening of sunshine and no wind but a record turnout of 30 riders from clubs across the South took part in the last full 10 of the 2012 club TT season.

Steve Dennis of East Grinstead CC showed us all how it is done with a blistering 20:09 and the first Redhill rider home was Jamie Hill in 21:29. Next Redhill rider was Simon Baldwin in 22:40.

In the handicap competition Robert Stephenson regained his touch and came first. Dave Powis continued great improvement to take 2nd and Nick Davy was 3rd.
