In a Spin at the Turbo

So, I set it all up, switched the light off and the suffering started..I do not think the lack of a big screen mattered so much in the end. We did a gentle warm up at effort 3, then moved on the first set of intervals, with the hard intervals at effort 9.5 / 10.

Then after a brief (very brief) rest and we started it again..We finished the session with four sprints sets at effort 10 + and gosh...the power of those legs! You guys and girls blew me away! Congrats to the girls too, Lisa for your powerful sprinting and gosh you were spinning so fast throughout; Rachel for pushing harder and harder as the session went by and Kimberley for keeping a high cadence showing off an increasingly strong power (as we also all know by her trophy!!).

In total four female riders turned up to show the men what we are capable of...be warned guys, we are coming out soon!!!! But I must say, you also guys were amazing and well done for your hard effort...I could see from your grinning faces that you were not kidding!

Big Thank you to Lisa for helping me with the sound and thanks Gareth and Ryan for coping with my shouting...wish you all a good week of happy cycling.
