A brave gang of six said 'Pah' to the freeze outside and put in some sweaty effort at the YMCA this week. The Sufferfest delight on offer was 'The Hunted' - a mix of breaks to chase down, a 5 min TT effort then a 20min climb followed by a cruel twist at the end like every good scary movie.

Chapeau to Ryan, Olly and Maurice for blurry fast cadences at times plus welcome and well done to Neil for strong efforts on his first turbo date in the run-up to the 1 day Paris ride.
