It was the turn of Robert Stephenson this week to show his hand and take 1st place in the handicap competition at the Horne circuit on our return.

With just a 1 second advantage over a charging Simon Baldwin, showing great form in advance of his trip to Beijing Robert's +1.53 showed what a summer of training can do. 3rd place in the handicap was taken by the ever improving Chris Batch, who also took 3rd overall with 21m03s.

2nd place went to Addiscombe's George Brent (19m51s) but again the class of the field was Charl Jordaan with 19m 50s for a win also
