Dave Powis got the measure of the 10 mile discipline on Weds when he topped the handicap table with a time of 25:39, beating his previous best by some 1m 08s

On a wind free evening that was ideal for fast times Dominic Hawkins set a season's best to take 2nd in the handicap competition.

The overall was taken by Rupert Burbidge in 20.16 while Charl Jordaan continued his run of form with 21.03. Jon Masters in 3rd was delighted with his 21.43

This was the last 10 of the season and attracted the biggest field of the season.
