A bit like Silverstone the road conditions on the A31 were variable on Sunday morning - but there was no wind.Charl and Rupert were early starters and were completely soaked. I was a late starter and enjoyed a dry ride. One thing was common though. The morning was fast.

Rupert was 2nd overall with a PB (52.00). David Motton PBd with a tremendous 55.17, Charl Jordaan close behind on 56.27 with a PB that was his first sub hour 25! Ray Sullivan hit 1.01.53 for a PB exactly matching Geoff Clifton's time (Not a PB but a best for 2 years!)

Michelle Arthurs beat 1.10 for the first time but my personal favourite was Stuart Metcalfe whose 1.08.01 beat his previous best set nearly 50 yrs ago. If you are looking for a time - you should have been there!
