A headwind and somewhat sultry evening depressed most riders' times in the 9th round of the RCC Evening TT season.

As riders generally fell below their best on a challenging evening the performances of Chris Batch and Charl Jordaan, beating their previous bests by 14 and 5 secs respectively, demonstrated their great form at the mid season point.

Rupert Burbidge again took overall first place in 20m 40s followed, on the Redhill list, by Charl (21.42) and then Chris (22.52).

A nearly full field this evening but still room for you to have a crack at a proper fast 10 next Weds.
