A perfect evening for cycling!

OK, none of the above Redhill ladies made it for the first 'Summer evening road ride' but isn't it a great photo?! But we were joined by Dom Clegg, powering around the short course, in preparation for his next Road Race. Then, fresh back from the Redhill to Paris ride were Meera Siva and Graham Tucker, later doing the continental thing and stopping for a drink in the dying sun at the irresistible Castle pub; I was forced to stop a while myself! Maybe I shouldn't have a pretty pub on a training route. Then time triallist Neil Candler arrived with a chum (sorry, can't remember your name!) in training for a 500 mile charity ride in Chicago next month. And finally Alan Tompson, getting fitter every time we see him. We were going around and around the Outwood Loop for over two hours, well it's better than nothing and all I could manage after Brighton and back. I hope YOU can make next Tuesday's very sociable ride, anytime after 6pm starting at The Castle...no stopping!
