Our top riders were out in force for this sensational road race RIGHT on our doorstep and a few (too few!) Redhill members were there to cheer them on. Richard Sanders, organising the event, had begged people to volunteer as marshals and THANK YOU to those that did but why don't more club members support these incredible events? The action is incredible, the other riders are also great to watch, there are many awesome athletes at the peak of their abilities. Why stay at home on an evening like this?! AND the start and finish was right outside The Surrey Oaks pub, a grandstand view with a drink in your hand!
