Eleven riders and one baby turned out for the Sunday club run/lunch, Alison and Darrell had brought baby Heather came along for the ride, Heather didn’t say much as she was cocooned in her trailer bravely towed by dad.
We collected Andre Roux at the top of Church Hill and headed out to Lingfield via Outwood finding Jed Rock on the way. Lingfield to Cowden saw us going through the charming lane connecting Dormansland to Cowden.
We lost Jed, Andrew and new member Roland just after Cowden station, the rest of the group returned to Nutfield by Edenbridge, Blindley Heath and Bletchingley.
The lunch at the Inn on the Pond was well attended with thirty three adults, five children and two babies, truly making it a family occasion.
