An away day to make the most of the tail end of the summer in the beautiful countryside of the Purbecks. Great riding, scenery you wouldn't believe and to top it all off a local guide! Yes, John T, long standing RCCer, is going to be showing us the best of his new stomping grounds. Can't wait!

Dorset is within driving range on a Saturday morning, but why not save the early start, sling a tent in the car and come down Friday night? Good company, pub grub and an evening sat out under the stars before we even start riding...

Update!
Approximate Times (now some changes, see below)
0930- If you're driving down that morning, the ride starts at 0930 at the Sandbanks ferry Still the same
1030- Meet up with the overnighters at Corfe Changes from here, see below
1245- Option for those driving who need to get home to break off for the ferry
1330- Early leavers back at ferry, main group back at Corfe for lunch
1530- Final return to ferry if you've come to Corfe for lunch

Further update (short notice, sorry!)
As there hasn't been a strong uptake (at least that I'm aware of) for the overnight option, we'll all meet at the ferry. If you are staying down there and I'm not aware, you can drive up to the south side of the Sandbanks ferry and park there. That keeps the ride simple, means everyone gets back sooner and generally makes life easier.

The ferry is at 0940 so please make sure you're there in time!
