This fast training ride will start 9am sharp from The Lookout Discovery Centre at Swinley Forest. The postcode for Satnav's is RG12 7QW.

Kharl will be leading a route on some of the very many singletrack trails in the forest, and given the area, there are some suprisingly big hills out there.

Being a fast training ride, expect it to be just a bit longer and faster than the usual Saturday Experienced rides.

Bring a few quid to buy a cycling pass before the ride and some well-deserved cakes afterwards.
